What is the best way to model temperature difference between top surface and slab soffit? Thank you.

That's a request we have had from time to time, usually for buildings in very hot climates, but thermal loads are not in Ram Concept now. Let us know more about your circumstances so that we can properly prioritize.
Potentially you could simulate this to some degree with straight post-tensioning on the cold side.
For reference sake this is internal Enhancement 69949:Thermal loads and analysis
