Occasionally, I'll want to use RAM elements to analyze a beam with several complicated load scenarios. I'd also like the ability to utilize the shear and bending moment envelopes in my own design spreadsheets. Is there a way I can export the shear and moment envelopes from the analysis and import them into Excel?

Seth Guthrie - is there any way to export analysis results via VBA? I typically use the exported text file that you've mentioned and import that into Excel manually. That said, I'm trying to tie a RAM Elements model (reactions) to RAM SS model (point loads). Was planning on using Data Access for the RAM SS side, but was curious if there was a way to (more) automate the RAM Elements side.
There is the OpenRE API now. See file (backstage) menu - import or export. The documentation is in the the backstage Help menu - OpenRE manual.
