wind load definition for z-up condition

hi, 
 i am using model with z-up co-ordinate, while defining the wind load along horizontal direction, staad wind load shows only x or z direction in the dialog 
 but my horizontal direction is y, if i apply the factor load in z-direction it is applying vertically, how to change it horizontal y-direction

If SET Z UP command is being used in STAAD.Pro, then you will get a warning message in the output file after the analysis: 
 
 **WARNING- THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS SHOULD NOT BE USED WHEN THE SET Z UP 
 IS ALSO ENTERED: FLOOR LOAD, AREA LOAD, WIND LOAD, Nonlinear Cable Analysis 
 & GENERATION of SPRING SUPPORTS for ELASTIC MAT FOUNDATIONS 
 
As you can see from this message, wind load generator should not be used in the model when SET Z UP command is used. This is a limitation of STAAD.Pro. In order to apply load for the structure when SET Z UP command is used, you should use some other types of loading such as Uniform Member Load. For this you will need to calculate wind forces manually.
