Bracket Design in STAAD: few Beams fail despite high section

You have a 220 kN force in X parallel to beam 53 which mostly goes through beam 53 in compression. If you alter the size of the member it will slightly affect this distribution of force, but more importantly the distribution of moments in this indeterminate system. Perhaps you want to hinge or release some of the members and simplify the problem?

Thank you Seth, for the reply. I did think of introducing hinge / releases to make it look like perfect axial loading member / truss system. but would not it deviate from actual behaviour ?. It would not be perfect simulation of bracket in Real? because the joints are welded does this mean they are rigid connection, so by introducing releases will it not be a change in perception of the problem?

i am budding Engineer in Steel industry. above question has haunting me more. Please share your views.

If it's all welded then you probably don't want to use hinges, I originally assumed it was pinned together.
