When inputting criteria in RAM Frame (RAM v14.07.01), do I input the ultimate wind speed (Vult) or nominal wind speed (Vasd)? Thank you.
ASCE 7-10 uses an ultimate wind load type, but the program is asking the user to input basic wind speed, V,see Section 26.5.
