We have pile caps, but not single pier foundations in the program. You can use any single foundation (spread footing or pile cap) to obtain critical combined foundation loads for a hand check of the pile if that's any use. There is a long standing enhancement request for this and I'll note your interest, but if you have any specifics you would like to add I can pass it along to the product manager (i.e. what codes do you use, do you use tables or design using the same approach for Concrete Columns, etc).
