Slab Design 2 Deck Analysis 2.stdGood Morning,
I am designing grade beams (in the transverse direction) with a plate on top (acting as the deck). I have generated moving loads to go across the beams. When I look at the output files, the bending moments and shears for the plate for dead load appear to be correct, however the live loading over the plate is much less than the dead moments. Is it possible to model transverse beams with a deck and run loading over it? I am trying to design a deck from the moments and shears of the plate, the beam from the moments and shears produced on the beam from the moving loads going across them.
Model is attached. Any assistance is much appreciated
Please go through the following link where the same is discussed

Please refer to the attached .zip file. You can see how moving load can be generated in X and Z direction.

Moving Load with SET Z UP.STDAttached is an example of Moving Load with SET Z UP. The vehicle is moved along the global Y direction.
