I have a one story building model where I am seeing different values for the Applied Story Shear and the Building Story Shear for both wind and seismic. What is the cause of this difference? I have included a parapet under the exposure criteria, but I do not think that would affect the way the program is reporting. The diaphragm is modeled as rigid. The building has moment frames only.
Appreciate any insight.
