Can any one know how to do anylysis of a reinforced concrete slab of 16mx10mx500mm with 20ton of concentrated load?

You need to mesh the slab in such a way that the load application point of that concentrated load coincides with an internal node of the meshing. Define the proper support condition to create the model.
