Hi there. I have only just started to use RAM structural system. I have built a model in RAM Modeler. When running the data check I get a number of warnings and errors. Some appear to be able to be resolved simply, while others I am not sure how to go about. A snapshot is shown below. I have also attached the file 'Pala model 2_'.
After numerous failed attempts, I would appreciate any tips, or detailed procedures to fix the warnings and errors.
Regards

I did not see your attachment, it may have been too large or a restricted file type. Zipping RAM SS files works best, or follow the secure file upload link below left. meanwhile I'll answer in general terms.
In RAM Structural System, when using one-way decks, it's imperative that the framing (beams and walls) creates a complete network in plan. Furthermore, every beam should have exactly 2 supports (stub cantilevers are the exception with only one support). Walls should be supported below along the full length, otherwise a foundation support will be assumed. Using Options - Reference Layouts is a great way to make sure your walls or columns are supported by the framing below. The analytical behavior of walls setting on beams can be complicated, here is a useful post about that:
Additionally here are some images to help.
1. T shaped walls must be segmented
2. Beams cannot cross walls
The best practice is to always model a beam, supported by the wall at any free end of the wall.
