RAM Concept - doesn't show reactions on point springs under mat foundation

As mentioned in my first post - option of spring reactions is blacked out but on the standard plan I actually have point springs. Please see below:

The previous web page link above is associated with line springs, but the same behavior applies to point springs, point supports, and line supports. Reactions for these objects are only available for the Standard Context. The Standard Context is available for loadings and load combinations defined with Combo Type = Single. The Standard Context is not available for rule set designs and load combinations defined with Combo Type = Lateral Group. Table 15 in Section 31.2.2 of the v6.0.1 RAM Concept Manual has a table summarizing the results associated with the max, min, and standard contexts.

Adding enveloped results associated with rule set design and lateral group combinations and rule set designs is logged as Enhancement #182350 in our database. In the meantime, you will need to use Single Load Combinations for the point spring reactions. Another possible work around is to model the point spring as an equivalent concrete column. Modeling as a column would also allow you to model a punching shear check.

I've tried to use single LC or even using results from load cases - doesn't work.
Then I removed area springs and re-calculated - still no spring reactions are available.
P.S. I'm using latest RAM Concept Connect edition.
