I am trying to design my wall with the fixity at ground level pinned, the fixity at foundation level pinned, and the level restraints pinned. These options seem to only be available to me when I choose the simplified analysis method. I get this error and it forces me to analyzie the wall using FEM analysis and it automatically uses a fixed condition at the ground level. Why is it forcing me to analyze it this way? Is there a way around this? See my attached screen shot of the error message.
I don't have a problem to design something like you describe in v 13.04.00.177. I've attached my test sample.
Are you using something older? If my file works, but not yours, please send yours back for review.
