&lt;p&gt;We have tapered members in Ram Elements and STAAD.pro, but we only really design those in steel (analysis of tapered concrete members works fine). STAAD.pro is another option. ProConcrete does a very good job of detailing concrete shapes like this by the way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
