I have one question in structure detailing workflow between bentley Limcon with Tekla Structures, the connection can transfer from Tekla to Limcon and reverse ?

Not that I know of. We have some interop with Tekla through ISM, and there is a new version of the Tekla ISM plugin coming out by the end of the month, but Limcon does not currently have any interoperability with ISM.
