Good day, I would like ask for some advice regarding this structure and its instabilities at joints 6 and 27. How should I go about rectifying this. And will it affect the design?

Thank you in advance for all your assistance.
I modified the model a little bit. I tried to connect the plates with beams. The entire structure will topple if there is any force from Z direction and the supports are not capable of taking any moments. I assigned a fixed support to one of the supported node. Modified model has been attached.

Your structure has the insatiability condition arsing out of two reasons.
(1) The support is pinned and the structure is laterally unstable as as no lateral frame, bracing or struts exists.
You need to laterally confine the support along the lateral direction by either fixed support or fixed but support.
(2) The plates are simply sitting on the member tip by a single node and this arrangement results in instability due to spurious degree of freedom. You may add a small dummy beam inside the plate connecting the column tip.
