You can use STAAD Foundation Advanced for the purpose as I can see from the tag that you may be aware of the same. You can opt to go through example files also that can be accessed through the start page of the software.

You can model the entire system using beams/ Plates or solids and apply a harmonic loading on the model. You can perform a Time History analysis.

I am considering a block foundation for my reciprocating machine. I had modelled block foundation as a soild element and assign soil by spring element in three linear directions to each node. Now I want model machine and assign dynamic forces to the model. How can i carry out?
Can u send me any simple model of block fondation?
