Can not found the section in Proteel from STAADpro through ISM.

What versions of STAAD and ProSteel are you using? What version of Structural Synchronizer do you have? Could you upload your STAAD model for review?

I used version StaadPro V8i SS6 20.07.11.50, Pro Steel 08.11.11.45, Structural Synchronizer 10.00.01.06

Hi Junying,

You may have a compatibility problem with Structural Synchronizer and ProSteel. You should try installing an older version of Synchronizer and see if it fixes the problem. It would be better yet if you could upgrade to the newest ProStructures version.

What operating system do you have on your computer? Also could you type PS_Version on the command line in ProStructures and send me a screen capture of that? The message you see seems to be for SS4 Prosteel but that does not seem right.

This problem was sent to the developers and they found that there is a problem with a file in the English and New Zealand localization. The other localizations appear to be fine. To fix the problem navigate to the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Bentley\ProStructures Ss6 R1\Your version of AutoCAD\Localized\either English or New Zealand\Temp\Metric. Find and delete the IsmInterface.sve file.

But when i export from Staad pro into Prosteel through ISM, it still lose some steel bars. 

In Figure 1, the bars are fully expressed in the ISM.
In Figure 2, when exported to ProSteel then lost some steel bars

Which localization are you using? The English or New Zealand?
