Is there a way to remove loads from selected beams ?

 Is there a way to remove loads from selected beams without touching the others ? A kind of function opposite to "assign to selected.."

Although there is no way to remove loads from multiple members in one shot using the graphic user interface but here is what you can do 
 Select the load item you want to delete from within the Load Case. 
 Check the Toggle Load check box immediately above the Assignment Method 
 Choose Use Cursor to Assign. 
 Click the Assign button and click on the members from which you would like to remove the load, one by one. 
 Alternately you may be able to remove loads from multiple members simultaneously using the input command editor ( Edit > Edit Input Command File )
