User generated lateral loads can be defined in any direction.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:inherit;font-size:inherit;"&gt;The Ram DataAccess tool on the web page below can be used to create a copy of the file that is rotated at any angle. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
