How to modify UPT file?

How do I modify an UPT file and see dynamic changes in the model? Every time I modify the section, I need to export the section and create a new user table. How can I reduce these efforts?

Upt file is an ascii file and so you can edit it using a text editor like Notepad or Wordpad. Just use Windows Explorer and browse to the location where the file is saved. Right click and choose Open With ( or Open ) and choose Notepad or Wordpad from the list of applications. It is better to keep the check box "Always use this application to open ..." unchecked. Once you open the file, you can edit any of the data inside the file.
