I receive the "RAMContainer MFC Application has stopped working" error when I try to design concrete shear walls. I am able to open the concrete shear wall module and view the model in 3D. When I click on a wall to View/Update the window pops up that shows the progress of the design. When the "total" green bar gets close to the end the screen freezes and the error message pops up. The problem is not computer specific and it doesn't happen in any other modules.
Make sure you have current analysis results from Ram Frame. If it still crashes try deleting and re-assigning the section cuts.
I had the same "RAMContainer MFC Application has stopped working" error for view/update of lateral Tilt-up wall design in Concrete Wall Module; I figure that my mistake was assigning same wall design group to walls in different shear-line. Make sure walls in different shear lines have assigned under different wall design group. This fixed my error.
Yes. While we support 3 dimension wall groups, a single wall group should not be exceeding complex. Where walls are separated unique wall groups are always best.
