I just have a quick look at your model. No Section Property has been assigned to the several members in your model. You can check for the same by going to Menu bar > Select > By Missing Attributes > Missing Property. 
 
Additionally, you may consider to mesh your plates.

Hello Rejoice Serrano, 
 This error actually pops up when there exist an element/plate/surface left with unassigned property I checked through your model and found that all of your plates are left unassigned so I defined a property for plate thickness assumed it to be 0.25m thick and assigned it to all of the plates in your model this has solved your error in the model. I would further instruct you to revise the thickness and element of the plate and assign it as per your requirement. VERTICAL PARKING_modified Solved.std
