I have reviewed you model and found missing WEIGHTS in Seismic definition hence this error is displayed and the run is terminated as the program is unable to calculate for the seismic load. I have attached a picture showing the steps you need to follow to solve your problem.

I have the same problem. I already put a self weigh on my seismic definition but still, it is not working. whyyyyy
Noted few issues
Had a very quick look at results and saw that the node 417 has almost 11 inches of vertical deflection under load case 4 as it does not have any support. You may want to check that.

what type of extra loads may be add in seismic definition ?
You can use the editor ( input command file ) to move the commands. The DM represents damping. 5% damping should be entered as 0.05. Please refer to the help documentation for details. You may choose to add your dead load (other than selfweight) plus a certain percentage of live load as recommended by your local building code.
