Hello Mark,
I reviewed your model and found some syntax error in STAAD input in adding of member properties. I have corrected it please have a look into it, which I have attached belowsteel2 Solved.std
steel having trouble about the member properties not found in table.
whats happening ? :(

In your input file, there are some extra spaces between section names which is highlighted below:
MEMBER PROPERTY AMERICAN
5 TO 10 15 TO 20 25 TO 30 TABLE ST W14 x 873
1 TO 4 11 TO 14 21 TO 24 31 TO 42 TABLE ST W21 x 223
Remove these spaces from your input file and it will run without any problem. I also noticed that you have steel members but the load combinations are from ACI table instead of AISC table.
