Is it possible to see utility ratio of the beam for each load combination not just for the worst case?

Enhancement requests #251152 & #251797 are in our system and this is a high priority item in the list of future developments being considered for STAAD.Pro.

RE: Beam utility for each load comb

This has been on my wish list for a long time. What Modestas suggest is really not very practical. Maybe now that there are two of us who would like to see this they will add this enhancement. It's been awhile since I've used SACS but if I remember right it does this so they have the technology.

RE: Beam utility for each load comb

You would need to use a LOAD LIST command with the load number following by CHECK CODE command for each load case. I.e.:

PARAMETER 1

{Design Code}
{Design parameters}

LOAD LIST 1
CHECK CODE ALL
LOAD LIST 2
CHECK CODE ALL
LOAD LIST 3
CHECK CODE ALL

You will see the design results for each load case (1, 2 and 3) separately in the Output file. Note that only the results from the last code check are reported in the Postprocessing table.
