Shear wall design erro

Good Day Everyone,

I have completed a staad model of a staircase, however I have been recieving the following error from the shear wall design results "FAILED:NO REBAR IS AVAILABLE FOR VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT". Does any one know why this would occur? I have added the Staad file as a reference as well.

I have added TWO 1 ALL parameter in shear wall design to instruct the program to use two layered reinforcement. This resolves the problem. The modified model has been attached.

Thank you, however, why is this the only solution to the problem? The forces the wall has to resist are small, therefore I believed minimum values for reinforcement would be adequate. Is there a specific reason why this error occurred?
