ABOUT WIND EXPOSURE

Please help if I decrease the exposure from 1 to 0.4 it doesn't change the wind load magnitude?

    Please go through the following thread to see if this helps:

    Though I tested your model as well and found that the issue is only related to the display of load values in GUI. The analysis engine is considering the exposure factors correctly.

    For your reference,

    1) I created a sample WIND TYPE 5 with same INTENSITY and EXPOSURE 0.5 assigned to same nodes as WIND TYPE 1 (EXPOSURE 1).

    2) Created two sample wind LOAD CASES 32 and 33 and compared the results.

    I assure you that this issue is already reported to our developers and will be addressed in the upcoming commercial release. The test model is attached here as well:
