Create user table and Section wizard

Hi 
 Could you please tell me what are create user table and section wizard used for and difference between them? 
 And how do we use them?

In the Section Wizard you can create any shape of the profile in the Free Skecth or Section Builder mode. This section can then be imported into STAAD.Pro as a General section. Please note that only the sectional properties will be imported into STAAD.Pro, but not the shape of the section. 
 
In the user table you can create profiles like Tee, Angle, Channel section, etc. with a custom dimensions. You can create a General section with any sectional properties as well. In the General section, you can define a shape polygon and let the program to calculate the sectional properties. Within the American Section Database in STAAD.Pro, there are B shapes which are beams (girders) of large depths. If you need deeper than that, you can always add new B shapes to the existing section database. The procedure for that is outlined in the wiki below ( please click on the Download button to download the document. You have to be logged in to be able to download. ) 
 
 Regarding stiffeners, you may not need to model those but you can account for those in the design phase. For example when designing as per the AISC UNIDIED 2010 code ( AIDC 360-10 ) you can define a parameter called STIFF and set it to the stiffener spacing.
