STAAD to Prosteel via ISM

I was trying to export a STAAD V8i S4 model through ISM and it all seemed to work very well until I sent the output dgn file out to be imported into Prosteel V8i S3 (my own license) and there was a message saying to check on the installation of the ISM module.... is this a versioning issue? What can I do to make this work?

Hi, Could you please tell me what version of each of the products you have installed? Also could you upload the files for review?

I imported the ISM repository into ProSteel with these versions:

ProStructures V8i PowerProduct SELECTseries 8 ver. 08.11.14.225

Structural Synchronizer 10.01.00.32
