Please help me how to design beam seat connection because such connection seems
not found in RAM EC3 types of connection.
The connection is that the top beam bottom flange is bolted to the top flange of the bottom beam.
I already modeled this in staad using master slave but in Ram connection I can seem to find
this type of connection?

The only connection we have that's similar to this is the column cap plate (where the beam rides over the column and is bolted to the plate). Using Ram Connection stand-alone you could confirm that a plate of the same material, width and thickness as the supporting beam works, but that's all. It looks like Column Cap Plates (CC joints) are available in AISC, but not the Eurocode, however. If you have any good reference examples on the proper design of such a connection that's always useful.
