I imported a .dxf file to Staad pro SS6 but when I try to use the "3dxf" and "no change" the orientation was not the same as the "isometric" view in Autocad, how to correctly rotate the model in SS6?

While importing the dxf, instead of choosing the No change, please choose Y Up

Instead of importing and then rotating the model, you should choose the Y-UP option during the import as I mentioned in my last post. This would automatically make the orientation correct. 
 Just for your information to rotate a model you need to select the members and go to the menu option Geometry > Rotate to specify the axis of rotation, amount of rotation.

The angle of rotation is the amount by which you are trying to rotate the structure about the chosen axis.

Angle of rotation should be 90 and you should define the axis of rotation to be a line parallel to the global X. You can define the axis by either choosing Node 1, Node 2 or by entering the coordinates of the points. Again as I have already mentioned twice before, you should use the Y-UP option during import rather than trying to rotate the structure.
