I noticed RAM concept doesn't do auto meshing matching with point load location or along line load. Do we have to do it manually or there is additional option available to do it automatically.

Correct the program does not forces modes in the mesh for point or line loads. We recommend adding a soft column or wall above the slab or a soft spring (point or line) at specific locations where you want nodes in the mesh.
Also same issue when you define area loading area locally. Mesh will not follow the local area path.I'm just curious how program handles the load then. Is it transfer to the nearest mesh node?
Yes, all loads are transferred to the nodes of the mesh, that's why it's important to keep the mesh small and add nodes where loads really are highly concentrated at a single point.
