I try to model thru Analytical and I cant able to model plates because the plate icon is inactive and whenever I try to model thru parametric i get unknown error.

You should use Generate Mesh > Surface Mesh. Although the name says Surface Mesh, this actually generates a mesh of plates and this has not changed in the software. The Plate Mesh option is only active when one has plates already defined and needs to re-mesh ( /refine ) those. Once a plate is selected, the option would be active.
The parametric models is not working in the Connect Edition Update 1 ( 21.00.01.12) . You can find details on this in the wiki below
