Hi,
I have installed RCDC 6.3 for my window 8.1 machine 64 bit. After installation I knew that RCDC will do setup at the first time I open the RCDC, on the previous version of RCDC I did not received any problem but for RCDC 6.3 I received problem as in the attached photo.
Anyway to fix it?

Can please try uninstalling the both the versions of STAAD RCDC and install the latest version?

I did uninstall the older version when I install the latest version, but problem still same.
