The only way would be to Export the report to a Word file and then manually edit.
Just for the records, Defect # 808480 is now posted for this issue.
How to export it to word file please ?
If using STAAD.Pro v8i
Go to File > Export Report > MS Word File
If using STAAD.Pro Connect Edition,
Go to File > Report > Export to MS Word File
Another question ------- IN THE MODEL ATTACHED
How can get the output for the displacement from the general AISC load combination(ASD) and the design out put from the AISC public combination (LRFD) at the same report .
You just need to use the LOAD LIST ENV as shown next as opposed to using a LOAD LIST
PERFORM ANALYSIS PRINT ALLDEFINE ENVELOPE10 TO 36 ENVELOPE 1 TYPE STRENGTH37 TO 70 ENVELOPE 2 TYPE SERVICEABILITYEND DEFINE ENVELOPE*LOAD LIST 10 TO 36LOAD LIST ENV 1 2 PARAMETER 1CODE AISC UNIFIED 2010

Here is a wiki on the subject

thank you for your help .
****but i think this method can work only when using ASD combination( for serviceability and strength ) the design method would be ASD >
but when using LRFD METHOD ( load combination for serviceability would be not factored i mean less than one ) and load combination for strength would be factored like 1.4DL , 1.2DL+1.6 L.L) IN THIS CASE THE FACTORED ENVELOPE WILL CONTROL THE DESIGN OF THE DEFLECTION ,,, AM I RIGHT ?
any answer ????
