ACI 318 18.9.3.3 includes an equation to calculate minimum reinforcement by the maximum gross cross-sectional area in two orthogonal directions. Is this implemented in RAM Concept? I could not verify that it is and could not find a code reference indicating that it may be evaluated independently in each direction.
