 I am trying to design connection as per EC-3 and using European sections but RAM is showing error as below: 
 
 Also tell me is it possible to design Column-Column bolted end plate flushed from all sides in STAAD.

&lt;p&gt;Bolted end plate column splice connections are available for hollow sections in EC3 only.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To see the available connection types, go to STAAD.Pro Help -&amp;gt; Contents, then go to STAAD Graphical Environment -&amp;gt; Graphical Interface Help -&amp;gt; RAM Connection Mode -&amp;gt; Getting Started -&amp;gt; Allowable Member Types Per Connection.
