The output suggests that shear check for that beam has been done at a distance "d" from the face of support. Vy is the shear force at that section. To carry this shear force shear reinforcement has been provided. 2 legged 8mm dia closed stirrups at a spacing of 200mm has been provided to carry this force. If you are using IS456 for design you may refer Cl no 22.6 & 40 for more details.

For stirrups the vertical legs are responsible for shear load transfer. So 2 legged means there will be 2 vertical legs. For more details you can go through any standard concrete design book.
