STEEL Design feature performs design of STEEL members in structures. The user could either check adequacies of defined members with CHECK CODE command and or ask STAAD.Pro to select suitable members (in size). Whereas RAM Connection is a CONNECTION design application that designs STEEL Connections.
BUT WE CAN STEEL STRUCTURE IN MODEL SPACE ALSO........?
We can do physical modelling of member in interactive steel design tab. Which is not available in general workflow.
