We are experiencing STAAD Pro w/RAM Connect crashing when deleting. It does not matter if deleting one item or multiple. We are running version 21000057. Has anyone experienced this or have a resolution?
Thanks
Eric
Seems like an issue that may be specific to the model. Are you working with the file on a network drive? If so, can you please try to copy the file to your local drive and see if that makes a difference. If you still encounter the issue, please zip the entire set of files corresponding to your model and upload it and we will investigate the issue. It would also help if you can let us know the exact steps that lead to the crash.
Instructions for uploading files are available in the wiki below

Mike : We have not been able to replicate the crash issues at our end but on checking with some colleagues I did get a few inputs which seem to indicate that these may be due to permission related issues. If you are using Windows 7 operating system, please uninstall STAAD.Pro and reinstall from scratch with an account that has administrator rights in the machine. If the issue persists, please consider upgrading to Windows 10. If you are already on Windows 10, try uninstalling and reinstalling as an administrator and see if that helps. Also please have the files on a local drive as I mentioned before.
if you have designed some connection on ram connection at any node you must clean the connections on ram connection program through the staad.pro
