When exporting loads from RAM Structural system to RAM Concept, I receive this error as RAM starts up.
After clicking 'ok' and proceeding past this error - it appears that the only transfer loads exported into RAM concept are Dead & Live, but no lateral loads from wind/earthquake (with the exception of a few random point loads that don't appear to be correct and are likely caused by the the previous error message).
Has anybody come across this?
If you can send your RAM SS model I can check. Insert it into a reply (as a .zip file) or use Secure File Upload for large files. Otherwise I would want to know exactly what load case types you have in RAM SS, what the selected concrete code is, and which options for transfer and lateral loading you used on export to Concept.
Hi Seth, thanks for the response.
Here is a link to the model below.

This has to do with the program's default load combinations for the AS 3600 code, nothing specific to the interop with RAM SS. It looks like the program is trying to generate 4 sets of combos for service wind, ultimate wind, service seismic, and ultimate seismic and warnings are noted when not all four types of loads exist. I'll check with the developers if that is a problem with our default combos. Meanwhile, just check that the generated combos are what you want and edit if required.
Unlike all other building codes throughout the world which specify either service or ultimate level and a conversion factor to convert between them – AS 3600 requires explicit calculation and specification of both service and ultimate level lateral loads. There is no way to convert between the types, and so both loading types must be specified in the load cases in order to have all the generated combos.
