I've attempted to transfer rebar ISM from Concept to Revit following the steps detailed in the hyperlink below. Everything works until I need to separate the top and bottom reinforcing to their respective plan sheets. The problem being there are some top and bottom rebar that is categorized simply as 'Rebar Bar' that cannot be filtered off the sheet. Additionally, annotation tags are blank. I can't easily callout rebar as shown in the step from the hyperlink below.
What am I missing/skipping?

I appreciate the help
Hi Mike,
First thing to check is to ensure you are using at least these versions of products (newer is OK):
RAM Concept CONNECT Edition Update 3 <-- This is very important (as it writes the Top/Bot and Lat/Long into rebars comments property)
Structural Synchronizer CONNECT Edition Update 1
Revit 2016, 2017, or 2018
ISM Revit Plugin 10.2
Filtering is based off the Comments property of the Revit Rebar objects. When you select the Rebar objects in REVIT does it contain one of the below comments?
If the answer is NO, then you want to make sure you are using the correct/latest version of RAM Concept and the below properties are set correctly.
Within Ram Concept, you want to make sure the Ram Concept Rebars are placed on the respective layers, and its Span Set and Slab Face are set correctly.
So a Rebar belonging to the bottom of the slab in the latitude direction should have "Span Set = Latitude" and "Slab Face = Bottom".

Thanks Wentao. I reinstalled everything to be sure but it looked like two things were my problem: I was using Revit 2018 (not compatible)and simply missed that I need to turn off "Structural Rebar" in visibility/graphics.
Do you mean 2019? Revit 2018 should work fine.
The Tag All didn't have any loaded tags in Revit 2018 for whatever reason. I'm not a Revit guy obviously - can't explain the disconnect.
The relevant Tags for Structural purpose are loaded automatically if you started a new project in REVIT as "Structural Template".
I suspect, it was previously set to "None", hence the Tag All list is empty. You can still load them individually after the fact in Annotate --> Tag dropdown --> Loaded Tags and Symbols
We recommend the first approach (of New Project with Structural Template).
Kind Regards,
