Hello,
I don't know how to model a post-tensioned beam. Can you please tell me where is it found in the manual ? Why does Concept consider the tendons " out of slab " when they are inside the beam ?
Thank You.
You will need to model some beams in the mesh input layer, then model tendons at the appropriate elevation, then define design strips for the beam.
For the tendon warning see:
For more on design strips see:
While calculating, tendons inside beams are being noticed with this error.
while tendons perpendicular with beams are being noticed with this error.
Even after performing suitable design strips for beams.
That error indicates the tendons are physically outside of the concrete. Check that the model is meshing as intended using one of the element layer plans or perspectives, then check that the tendon elevations you have used on the manual tendon layers are within the concrete. By default, tendon elevations are measured positive upward from the soffit.
