Russian Sections (STO-ASCHM-20-93 AND GOST 26020-83)

Hi, 
 In one of my project i have to use Russian sections for the design, In STAAD SS6 has two categories of (Russian sections (GOST), Russian (STO-ASCHM)). when i checked for the properties, it is same. But when i used for the analysis and design. UC ratio is slightly different. Can anyone clarify is there any difference in these two sections. I attached the file for reference.

If you check the properties carefully in the Output file using the TRACK 2 design parameter, you will see that there is a small variations between the section properties so this leads to a small difference between the utilization ratios.
