Slab Design by plate.

Question

I can not add plate to this area. Im not under standing this. How to add plate here for design of slab?

You need to create additional nodes and create locally 4-noded and 3-noded plates. Keep in mind, all plates will be connected through common nodes. The meshing size will be different in that area.
