Deflection Checking - Canadian Code - Serviceability Envelope

I am hoping to use STAAD for beam design for a run of simple span beams with dead and live loads.

I currently can not get the program to stop designing for deflection based on factored loads. 

I was strength design based on envelope 2 and deflections for envelope 1. Is this possible for Canadian Codes?

    To anyone who may find this post, I have experimented and found how to make a total load / live load deflection check separate. 

    This checks the total load L/360 limit first, sizes the member, then checks the sized member against live load L/480 limit
