Deep Beam Analysis & Stage Stressing

Question

Hi Support Team, 
 I have been modelling a large 3m deep transfer PT beam. (Screen shot below). Is there any Bentley software that would allow be analyse the 'True' bending stress as explained in section 52.4.2 of the user manual. Alternatively can you some how specify horizontal element divisions in RAMConcept? 
 Additionally the PT tendons need to be staged stressed. Is there a way to simulate staged stressing of tendons in RAMConcept? i.e. Apply varying Balance loading's. 
 (Please note I am designing this to AS3600)

In theory and general purpose finite element analysis tool like STAAD.pro could be used to model plate elements in layers or even solid elements for the slab that would allow for non-linear forces vertically through the beam but I have a hard time believing that would be worth the effort. 
 We don't yet have staged post-tensioning either, but you can run two variations of the model with different amounts of PT (and different amounts of load).
