There is a warning in Staad pro output file in Concrete design "Lenght to depth ratio is less than 2.5" for short beams. My question is my design is correct with this warning or not ? If not what should i do ?

Yes, your design is correct. This warning is thrown just to let you know that STAAD is not designing the member as deep beam. Please go through the attached link to know more about it.
