RAM Concrete Beam Design

Question

I have 500 beams need to be checked/designed. Is there an option to input all the reinforcements (Quantity, Bar size, Reinforcement layer, etc.) from an excel file that has all the reinforcement information for each beam in a row to the software?

In theory it's possible to set the beam reinforcement through Ram DataAccess, but it's probably more expedient to set the design criteria appropriately for your beams and let the program optimize them. Then use the View/Update command to modify the beam line reinforcement layout to reflect the desired reinforcement and then copy the beam line. If your beam lines are all different, then it will be more complicated, of course.
