Moment Frame and Ordinary Frame Deflections in STAAD

Hello,

I have designed a platform stair system in STAAD PRO and I am analyzing the effects of using Moment Frame and or Ordinary Frames in it. I have attached 2 models here - One pertaining to Moment Frame (With no releases in platform members) and other pertaining to Ordinary Frame (with moment releases in the members). As expected I can see the difference between moment diagrams, but I thought that by using moment frames, I will also see lesser deflections as the system is stiff now. But I am seeing almost exact deflections. Have I used releases wrong in the model? Can someone please confirm. Any help will be appreciated.
